Rule 3.65 and Rule 3.66 put a Weather Emergency Readiness Attestation on every critical gas well, oil lease with gas wells, SWD well, gas processing plant and intrastate pipeline you operate — due 1 March and 1 September, every year, with inspections starting 1 December. A spreadsheet does not compute the next deadline for you, and it will not tell you which asset is least ready before the Commission does.

The Railroad Commission's Critical Infrastructure rules do not treat weatherization as a one-time project. They ask for a standing attestation, on a fixed calendar, backed by practices you can show an inspector. Miss the pattern once and the next deadline is already close behind it.
