Month end, a yard full of frac tanks, and no clear count of how many days each one actually spent on rent
Paste your units table and your rental tickets, pick any period, and get time utilization and dollar utilization of your own fleet per unit, per class and fleet-wide, plus the units sitting in the yard at period end.
Buy Now, $19Any period, clipped correctly
A ticket that started last month or runs past the period end counts only its days inside the period. The return day is a yard day.
Overlaps counted once
Two tickets on one unit for the same day count that day once, so time utilization never runs past 100%. Overlap days are listed beside it.
Dollar utilization per class
Billed amounts spread over each ticket's days, then period revenue against original cost per unit, per class and fleet-wide, annualized and for the period.
Units in the yard at period end
Every unit not on rent on the last day of the period, with its idle days in a row up to that date.

Built from the sample data that ships with the tool, October 2026. The full view adds idle days, $ util % for the period, class rows and the idle list.
How it works
Load two CSV files or paste them: a units table (unit ID, class, original cost, optional in-fleet and out-of-fleet dates) and a rentals table (rental ID, unit ID, out date, return date, billed amount). Column names do not have to match: pick the right column from a list. A customer column, if your export has one, is ignored and never shown.
Pick a period start and end. Optionally type your own time-utilization target and each row shows its points from that number. The tool ships with no target of its own. Sort any column and download the whole table as a CSV.
The tool reports arithmetic on your own tickets. What you do with a figure is your call. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and the page works offline once it has loaded.
Built by Oil Rigs Now for the owners and operations managers of oilfield rental fleets: frac tanks, light towers, mats, pumps and handling tools.
