One row per unit
Unit ID, description, vendor, AFE or well, on-rent date, your rate per day, any minimum days, and the call-off and pickup dates once they happen. Nothing else to set up.
Call-off or pickup, your choice
Switch whether rental stops on the call-off date or the pickup date, and whether the on-rent day and end day both count or only nights. Every figure follows the switch.
Minimum-day floors
A frac tank out for fourteen days on a thirty-day minimum shows thirty billable days, so the accrued figure carries the minimum you entered.
Units still on rent, longest first
The list every company man wants on Monday: what is still accruing, for how many days, and the daily rate those units add together. Units called off but awaiting pickup are flagged on their own.
